Radio One was founded in 1997. Radio One’s program theme is “Incredible Songs, Great Memories.”. The music played is aimed at adult audience members and is intended to resonate their amazing “recollections.”. Aside from music, we have an extraordinarily mainstream syndicated program, Spectrum. The topics discussed are varied while remaining relevant to the audience. The Radio One flag is prominent throughout Uganda’s four largest towns: Kampala, Jinja, Masaka, and Entebbe. This region represents 80% of Uganda’s acquiring force and 90% of vehicle travel in the country.
